SERCK Aluminium Performance Intercooler for Land Rover Defender, Discovery I & Range Rover Models with 2.5L 300TDI Engines

This is a performance intercooler manufactured from a combination of aerospace and automotive grade aluminium, here in the UK by us at Serck Motorsport. This is developed as a direct replacement for the Land Rover Defender 2.5L, Discovery I 2.5L and Range Rover 2.5L models with 300TDI engines between 1994 and 1998, offering improved flow rates, leading to enhanced performance and power over longer periods.

This 300TDI intercooler is hand crafted in-house to the highest standards. It uses a Serck-specific original design to enhance flow and temperature dissipation rates via a 16 fins-per-inch core specification. This is highly efficient in performance and cooling rates due to its fine fin pitch. The gas flowed, flared ports, tank design and core specifications make this our most popular intercooler range available for 300TDI engines. A single cooler version is available for performance cooling, or a double cooler ‘Fat Boy’ version is available for some serious grunt work!

This aluminium intercooler offers a significant performance gain as a direct, easy-fit replacement and has fast become a popular aftermarket choice by Land Rover owners.
